Scenarios

Result
An MVP of the embedded online banking experience was designed and prepared for a limited rollout.
The solution reduced friction across key user actions, enabling payments and transfers in a minimal number of steps and keeping users inside the marketplace ecosystem during checkout.
Although the project was ultimately paused by the marketplace before public launch, it demonstrates my ability to design complex, regulation-driven financial products with a strong focus on usability, system thinking, and business constraints.
