a new product focused on credit lines for individual entrepreneurs and large organizations. The product is built entirely from scratch as a client-facing solution within a large, enterprise-level fintech ecosystem.
Context
The product operates in a highly regulated financial environment and supports complex credit and business workflows. From the early stages, multiple product paths were designed for different types of legal entities and varying credit limits. Different KYC flows were used depending on the credit level, which added complexity to onboarding and approval processes. The solution had to balance regulatory requirements, risk constraints, and usability for professional users while remaining clear, scalable, and compliant.
Scope of Work
I am responsible for the end-to-end design of the client experience.
Defining product structure and information architecture
Designing end-to-end user flows for credit line setup and management
Creating UX and UI for the client product, including onboarding and personal account
Designing features and handling edge cases and complex financial scenarios
Collaborating with product, engineering, analytics, and legal teams
