Context
The original installment product created friction for users and lacked flexibility in payment terms. Our team was brought in to rethink the experience end to end and align it with both user needs and business goals. The new solution introduced flexible repayment terms, the option to pay without an initial down payment, a grace period, and higher credit limits. From a business perspective, the product was restructured to support cleaner technical logic and better scalability, including early repayment to increase capital turnover.
